So what you’re saying is speculation about his future requires investigation. Gotcha sorry didn’t realize you were slow on the uptake.

Haha, obvious deflection into what I'm asking, and that's ok, but you know exactly what I'm saying. You just choose to pretend that it's not what it is. I never said speculation requires investigation. I specifically said, if a documented poor kid comes back to school when he could obviously go to the NFL and make life changing money, bettering himself, his children, and probably his entire family for the rest of their lives, how could the NCAA turn a blind eye to things like that and not at least look into it? It's a legitimate question.

I'm saying all kids go to college to better their future earning potential. Whether it's in buisness, the engineering field, the football field, etc. Why would someone jeapordize that if there wasn't some incentive?

It is entirely possible that Jacobs would decide he stands to make more money if he waits to enter the draft. Now bear with me and try not to tax yourself thinking too hard, but it is also entirely possible that his family which has managed to survive this long without any NFL money might just feel like they could survive one more year being poor if it means more money in the long run.

The incentive is making more money in the NFL by improving your raft stock. Rocket science

I doubt he has considered it or that he is even aware being injured is a possibility, he probably doesn't even have other people he can ask for advice

Not in response to the Auburn troll, rather a
shout out to one of my favorite Alabama players and
person. If you like true underdog stories of someone
who fought his way through injuries, perseverance
and hard work and flying under the radar until his moment
arrived, then you can't help but admire Josh Jacobs.
My guess is, with a decent game against Clemson, Jacobs will
project in the 1st or 2nd round and likely not
return.

Far from it friend.
Why is it, when someone points out something obvious, y'all always get offended?

Most folks as in who? All the talk the other night was about him returning.

Give us an example...

Everyone expects him to declare. This is the first year he is eligible.

The date to declare has not yet passed and the season isn't over.

You don't know what you are talking about... Not shocking

Why are you ignoring obvious answers to your questions?

Are you a gemologist and if so did you examine the "huge diamond earrings in the homeless kids ears"?

The correct answer is that he wanted to graduate from college. He knows that 3 years is the average life span of a running back and wanted a way to make a living after the nfl.

He could easily afford 25k tuition on a $6-7m contract.

Ask anyone who might have been around there when he played what he drove

Was an athlete at bama during this era... remember nothing like this. Not claiming it as untrue, just 0 recollection. Sounds way out of line with what travis carrol got though i definitely remember shaun alexander pushing nothing fancy nor chris samuels.

Speaking of obvious... would it be obvious af that Quentin Groves took money while playing if he signed with nevin shapiro's agency?

The car was gold with a black top I believe. You may not remember it, but he drove it. Let's don't even get started on Travis Carrol during that time period tho. This is nothing new. It's just went in to a new stratospher with what's going on there now
