No one warned LSU fans about CEO. Their owns fans bashed and shite all over the hire and made fun of the “binder” and the ones that supported it were called “Cheerios”.

To be fair, he also went 15-0 and that team won almost every award, but then he tanked the roster so bad the next coach will have to scour the transfer market for a new offensive line.
So he had a higher ceiling and lower floor than anyone could have predicted.

Chiz’s AU team won every game they played in 2010. If they’d played 15 games back then, AU would likely have won 15. And prior to being hired at AU, Chiz’s record at ISU was eerily similar to 0’s record at OM.
I don’t think Chiz tanked the roster at AU and I don’t think 0 did at LSU. The issue is…neither one was cut out to be a long term successful SEC HC

I can't speak for Chizik, but O allowed a personal catastrophe and his personal life to interfere with his professional life.
