Ole Miss student base is nothing but future HOA Karen Nazis. They’re “above” getting raucous because it looks trashy and they’re so sophisticated

If that story was true, I'd agree. But it isn't. "Kicked out for being too raucous" and storming the field and bringing down the goalposts don't jive together.

I yell at every game. Did in the student section, now in the old folks sections. Voice is almost spent every game. No one cares.

How is OM not packing the stands?

MSU would be rowdy as frick if we were 8-2 ranked top 12

Yes, the tame and quiet Ole Miss crowd tore down both goalposts.

Our past two SEC games have been over capacity.

Fake news. State has had serious attendance issues for years.

Davis Wade Stadium seats 61,337, yet State hasn't had a crowd which topped 60,000 since October 6, 2018.

Look at these massive crowds this season:
#12 Kentucky - 49,487
#5 Alabama - 53,796
LSU - 50,298
NC State - 45,834

Won’t be LSU, but wouldn’t be surprised to see Lane hop to a new job this off-season.

Imagine your version of "high society" being tailgating before a college football game...

I guess it goes along with making high 5-figures and having access to a duck camp, in Mississippi. Eastern Arkansas is the same.

B A S E D

On another note I didn't realize Oxford's population in on 26k. Kiffin doesn't strike me as a small town guy.

About as poor as LA! You are clueless

I may not be the one clueless here…

Ole Miss doesn’t have near the seating capacity as LSU. That alone generates more revenue.

Ole Miss doesn’t have near the athletic budget as LSU.

And more importantly, Ole Miss is not prepared to offer 12-15mil per year for a coach.

Bro there was probably 15k Arkansas fans at the OM game this year and you know that.

They were all over the stadium

I was one that was sitting 40 yard line 18 rows up

Arkansas always helps fill up that HS stadium with so many Arkansas fans being close and I think you know that

Not going that far lol, but I’m willing to give up my account if I’m wrong. I’m 99.9% certain that I’m not wrong. A memorandum of understanding was signed Tuesday. If this ole miss stuff is anything at all, it’s sexton trying to get a little bit more money from Arkansas.

Kiffin has wanted this job for 12 years, Ole Miss fricked his brother and got him a two year show cause. Even if I didn’t know what has happened this week, common sense is that he obviously isn’t going to Ole Miss.

It seems like OM has had 10 home games this season.

I hope everyone outside the state keeps hating on Mississippi. Hopefully they stay away and we can continue to keep our oasis of awesomeness for ourselves.

And since you're an Ole Miss fan, I have to throw in the obligatory "frick you."

This is not an excuse, this team is very fun and people should show up to see them. But we’ve had the worst home schedule I’ve ever seen. Only Arkansas and A&M are attractive games and Arkansas was an 11am kickoff. Other home games were Austin Peay, Tulane in the middle of a lightning storm, Liberty, dead LSU(well attended), and Vandy.
