I agree with this.

Gramma B made her chicken in the iron skillet with 1 inch of grease and cooked it for thirty ppl. Her biscuits were perfect. Her rice was fluffy.

Told us to get out of the kitchen.

Old style. Born in 1901. Love that woman.

My mother is just like her.

FRIED CHICKEN

It’s a bit plain, but I love Hartz chicken buffet in Ocean Springs (not to be confused with Hart’s from Mobile or Hartz from Texas.) Also love Highway Fried off of Jefferson Highway! For a chain, I like Gus’s Fried Chicken out of Memphis.
