I think UT would beat Mizzou on a neutral court.

Just saying that with one head-to-head matchup to go off of, Missouri should be ahead of Tennessee. But those teams are a virtual wash.

More things should be considered than just a h2h record.

Anyway, if you have 10 minutes, take a shot at ranking the teams...it's surprisingly harder than it looks

8th? You don't even think we're in the top half of the league, despite being 3rd in the standings?

the teams you have ranked ahead of us (other than uf and uk who are unquestionably at the top) we are 4-0 against.

You know RPI has you ranked as 8th in conference?

UGA OOC results were absymal

5. Arkansas is a talented team, it's so weird how bad they've been on the road this year. They have 6 games left including @ UK, vs UGA, and vs Ole Miss. If they win them all, they have a shot at the tourney.

That being, we've played much better this year on the road than any year in recent memory.

Last year our margin of defeat on the road was 16 points, this year just 8.

Led UGA the entire game, missed game winning shot at buzzer

Lead Tennessee majority of game, phantom flagrant foul caused 5 point swing with 2 minutes left, never recovered and lost by 6

Went into LSU down 2 key players, they beat our arse in the 1st half, cut the lead to 5 in the 2nd half but ran out of gas

Went back and forth with Mizzou the entire game, missed game winning shot at buzzer

We have some talent, but is lacking the guard department due to holdovers from the Pelphrey era.. Wade, Scott and Haydar are pretty much non factors. Hopefully Beard and Babb and a JUCO SG can change that next year.

That's why I figured my opinion wouldn't be popular, but I just don't see all the hype Tennessee has been getting. Yeah they've played the most teams in the top 25, but they've only won 1 of those. Even Arkansas and LSU have won 1 against a top 25 opponent. They're 15-10 which is good, but not great. I would consider maybe swapping them and LSU in my list, but I'm not sold on that. I just don't buy the hype on Tennessee. Not to mention they've lost 3 of their last 4 games.
