If LSU and A&M both win out, they will meet in a rematch in the SECCG and UGA & Texas will both be at home.
Is this true?
If A&M loses to Texas and finishes 7-1 along with UGA, LSU and Texas they'd be 1-1 against those tied.
UGA would be 1-0 against the 4 teams tied at 7-1.
LSU would be 0-1.
Texas would be 1-1.
UGA would be in.
Then amongst the remaining 3 Texas would be 1-0 so they'd get the #2 spot, right?
Don't they use record against the teams tied as part of the tiebreaker?

While playing tu and beating them twice in the same season would be incredibly satisfying, I don’t think the opportunity to beat them a second time will present itself. They are going to lose at least one more before they come to Kyle.

Bama will win out that’s a lock but what else needs to happen if far fetched to get Bama in the glorious sexy

It is wild that we have a potential for a 4 way SEC tie (7-1) with Texas, Texas A&M, UGA/Tenn, and LSU.
& divisions would determine who is chosen (at least UGA/Tenn.).

UGA has Gators/Rebels/Vols on the slate with only 1 of those in Athens.

I believe H2H counts, but can’t remember what it is if they DON’T play during the season.

Assuming Alabama beats LSU, Oklahoma, and Auburn, they need:
This week:
Florida over Georgia*
South Carolina over Texas A&M
Next week
Ole Miss over Georgia
Nov 16th
Georgia over Tennessee*
Nov 23rd:
Auburn over Texas A&M
Nov 30:
Texas A&M over Texas
This creates a 7 way tie for the SEC at 6-2 (Bama, LSU, UGA, Texas A&M, Texas, & Ole Miss).
They would play LSU if they beat Florida, Vandy, and Oklahoma. They would play UGA if LSU lost any of those game.
* They can also get there with a 5 way tie if Tennessee beats Georgia and Vandy beats Tennessee. If Georgia beats Florida, Bama absolutely needs Tennessee to beat UGA. Then, if Tennessee beats Vandy, they would get a rematch with Alabama. If not, Bama would play Georgia.

There's too many games left to say.
Your dismissal notwithstanding, it is possible to predict the various outcomes.
I’m looking for the outcome where neither A&M nor Texas meet UGA in the SECCG. Seems that only LSU and Bama in that scenario remain possibilities.
For LSU to make it, they obviously need to win out, and need A&M to lose twice I believe. What else?
For Bama to make it, all of the above needs to happen, plus Bama needs to beat LSU. And what else would need to happen to prevent anyone else from winning a tiebreaker of 2-loss teams?

I’ve always been impressed with people who can look at schedules & tell you the paths for things to happen.
I used to go to a high school site where 1 poster would tell you weekly what it took for each school to win region (down to who beats who & by how many points). I remember him saying his mom was a math teacher, so stuff like that was easy for him to see.

LSU needs to win out yes. But nothing else is automatic.
If both LSU and A&M win out, they play again in Atlanta. Simple.
If LSU wins out and A&M loses to Texas, the Tigers have a conference win percentage advantage over Texas & UGA in most likely 4-way tie scenarios (but, not all).
If LSU wins out and A&M loses to Texas and Auburn, the Tigers are left out with Texas & UGA rematching. If LSU wins out and A&M loses to South Carolina and Texas, the Tigers would play either UGA (if they beat Tennessee) or Texas (if UGA loses to Tennessee).
Clear as mud.

In that he instantly sees what paths could/need to happen?

Yeah. He usually maps out the scenarios accurately by Sunday morning.
He got his start by figuring out in 2007 that after the loss to Arkansas, all LSU needed was for Pitt to beat West Virginia and for Oklahoma to beat Oklahoma to beat Mizzou. He was 10 years old.
He's not high on LSU getting an at-large bid at 10-2 and no SECCG win. He doesn't think enough Big Ten teams will lose the games they need to.

There’s no benefit to playing in or winning the game. You still have to play just as many games to be national champion.
Yeah. The loser of the SECCG game will probably be much tougher than the Big 12 runner-up or Mountain West Champ.

Now, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but now I’m cheering for Texas to beat A&M if it ensures LSU meets UGA in the SECCG. Tigers: I know you’re going to win out, right?
