Win or lose I think both teams would rather this be over in 9. Going extras in the SEC Tourney is awful for so many reasons.

We have some bad juju against LSU. We should have 8-9 runs but for some reason just can’t, and LSU always has some crazy shite happen

Not even gonna try to jinx by saying LSU can’t lose. Two things, we are tied in the top of 8th inning using no starter, only bullpen guys. Secondly, MSU has done so much damage between the 7th and 9th innings all season. We tend to bunch a lot of hits in single innings and have done it numerous times late in games including homers. I’m not giving up like some are. I know this team too well.
