Don't be stupid lets have as many SEC teams in Omaha as we can. You know the NCAA hates that and will probably try to pair us but I hope not. Once in Omaha then we can beat each others brains out! Well like we did all year! I will be a huge SEC fan next weekend, yeah State included.

Don't be too harsh, its been a long season for LSU and they have to be thrilled to show some signs of life.
I am impressed with how well LSU has played. They are fighting for their seeding to avoid getting sent out to Oh My Jesus Oregon or someplace like that.
The one drawback for the SEC tournament is that quite a few teams in the SEC have zero to play for. You've got a top 8 national seed sewn up. You are just out there hoping to keep your pitching arms fresh and not get any freak injuries.
Its the teams on the bubble or fighting to improve their seeding that are going all out and playing hard for the most part.

I’m curious how you are judging this. The top 2 teams in the conference are still playing and the only 2 bubble teams we had lost on Tuesday.

He also meant teams like LSU and Ole Miss that could earn a regional at this tournament.
And sure some national seeds will just end up winning, but they aren’t going all out.

The best part of this season is my 6 year old has come around, on his own, to be obsessed with watching baseball. It is fun, he wants to watch all of it. All good except that day he decided his favorite team was Arky because they smoked LSU a few weeks back. No son, that is not how this works.

To a certain extent it’s true that state wasn’t pitching their best guys, but it’s not like they had any of their regulars available and they did pitch Ginn. I think what the state fans are talking about is the pitching choices following Ginn

Thank you for putting what I said in words everyone can understand.
I wasn't insulting LSU or any other team... I am just stating a pretty simple fact here. If you have a Super Regional wrapped up you aren't going all out in the SEC tourney. Why should you?
Teams that don't have their position locked in place and that are fighting to keep from having to go on the road have a lot more to play for in the SEC tourney.
It is not insulting LSU or any other school in their situation this year to say they had some work to do. Most years they don't, this year they did. To their credit they have gone all in to win as many games in the SEC tourney and improve their seeding.

I’m sure when y’all started Ginn you were trying to win but I have a feeling that went out the door very quickly in Lemonis’ head

Solid SEC Member, letting us in to Host next weekend. That's just what we do around here.

Ginn turned a complete 180. The first 2 innings he was lights out. I have no idea what happened to him

It’s the starter version of 2017 Hess.
Oh, how I miss you so Wild Thing
He has shown the fastball with movement at times this year but it used to be automatic for him
