These double plays are getting ridiculous. I think that's the 4th or 5th one we've hit into this tourney.

CJ Smith is a talented freshman and has pitched well so far in limited action from the mound. Played more in the field this year but has had a good start to his career despite not playing a ton.

His ERA looked good, but limited action can only tell too much. This will definitely be a test for em

Not his first start but definitely first time in a tourney setting like this. I think he has proven to be worthy of the 4th starter spot

This park is friendly. Both teams have had warning track type stuff that might have left Olsen with a mild wind.

Really hope they don't keep showing every pitch from behind home plate.

Worth noting too that UGA is playing with a depleted lineup. Best lineup has CJ Smith starting CF and Tucker Bradley in RF. Normally smith will pitch and bat but I like the approach here to keep his mind on the mound and get Maxwell some work. Bradley is dealing with a sore hammy that flared up against Arkansas so likely resting him for regionals

Someone please update re-start time, when known.

UGA going full aggy this inning. Could have ended the inning on a DP but threw the runner out at home instead. 2-0 after a RBI and error

Cool. Aggie hitter just destroyed our starting catcher in the back of the head with his bat and now he's leaving the game.
