Sankey might be looking for another commissioner job. He comes out looking like Fauci on this one.

okay, explain it to us then. because the one that matters is the federal court not some stupid LA state judge.

A Louisiana judge in Baton Rouge makes a ruling that favors LSU? No way!

I’ll try.

Two weeks ago I drove down Grey Street where the posted speed limit is 55 mph.

Yesterday I got a ticket in the mail after being checked by a flock camera with the explanation that the speed limit had been reduced to 45 mph one week after I drove down Grey St.

Should I have to pay the ticket?

You should go to court and fight it until you're told you have to pay it.

The Judge signed to prevent the NCAA and sec from taking any action that would prevent these players from playing.

Any action to punish a coach or university would “prevent a player from playing”.

After today I wouldn’t be surprised if the suit was thrown out

So you don’t understand that you can’t punish someone for a law that’s not in place?

Okay, SEC could expel LSU and the players and school could play whoever they want that are not SEC teams.

SEC doesn’t have the balls. LSU is a cash cow for SEC. Just wait until the TV ratings for our game with Clemson this Saturday.

.

You obviously didn’t read my post.

I got a speeding ticket two weeks after they lowered the speed limit?

How was I supposed to know they were going to lower the speed limit below what was posted the day I drove down the street?

You can’t punish people who “broke the law” prior to the law being on the books
