It feels good to be on top again. Things feel...correct. When you're so dangerous people have to lie about you. Sorry to be mean to little brother, but Ole miss is a stepping stone.

Yeah, LSU said the same thing about Mizzou when Blake Baker went from Mizzou to LSU...

Failing to remember that the same Blake Baker left LSU in 2022 to coach at Mizzou....

And now may be going somewhere else....

I’m going to try and explain this to you because you’re a Missouri fan and probably don’t understand football very well. See he left LSU, where he was linebackers coach to go to Missouri to be a Defensive Coordinator. That is what is called a promotion. Now he left Missouri, where he was the Defensive Coordinator to go to LSU to be, wait for it, the Defensive Coordinator. So what is generally referred to as a lateral move (though certainly the same position at LSU is clearly a step above the same position at Missouri). Now he may leave LSU, where, again, he is the Defensive Coordinator, to become the Head Coach at Tulane. That again is what they call a promotion and not a lateral move. I hope this helps (it better because it was a lot of typing).

What's the backstory on this? I haven't followed the Kiffin drama. Did he get a new dog in BR?

It's a funny skit.

I get all that...I just wanted some varification that LSU isn't the Holy Grail of football like some LSU fans seem to believe it is.

Well, not the defensive coordinator position.

It’s clearly one of the top programs in the nation. They went out and took the guy they wanted (regardless of what you think of him) from a team that was having its greatest season in 60 years and is going to the playoffs. And it’s verification.
