Meh it was just a troll where he was mainly trying to prop up that TN is still “big 6.”

The Battle for the Golden Egg is by far the better name, in my opinion.

LSU tried to run from our rivalry in the 90s when they lost like 5 straight.

Still owe us some money. Pay up bitches.

yall were a rent-a-win that got a little cocky and demanded home games.

We didn't leave cause yall beat us, we left cause no one wants to spend time in college station

The UK football program’s biggest rival is the UK basketball program. Obviously.

LSU rivalries?

Probably before you were born

Just as Sewanee and Vanderbilt ran TN, Tulane ran LA. The Rose Bowl Alabama won in the 1920's was supposed to go to Tulane but the president said no as it disrupted academics and Alabama made history at that game.

Tulane as fallen so closer to Rice than the Bernie days.

You raise a point tho about the value of SEC and ACC rivalries really have value

Auburn = Alabama / Georgia + Clemson (1899 - 2017)
Alabama = Tennessee / Auburn + Penn State (59' - 11') stopped with B1G
Arkansas = former SWC (TAMU + Utx)
Florida = Georgia + Florida State + Miami (newer)
Georgia = Florida / Auburn + Georgia Tech & Clemson
Kentucky = Louisville (modern) + Indiana (historic)
LSU = Alabama / Auburn + Tulane (historic)
Rebs = State + ???
State = Rebs + ???
Missouri = ??? + Nebraska (B1G) & Oklahoma (SEC)
Oklahoma = Texas / Nebraska
Cocks = ??? + Clemson & North Carolina
Tennessee = Alabama + ???
Texas = Arkansas + TAMU + OU
TAMU = Hogs + Utx
Vanderbilt = Ole Miss

Take out Florida and you have the reason teams from opposite divisions hardly ever play. I enjoy lsu having Florida as a permanent opponent, but never playing the other 6 east opponents sucks. All so we can have a couple of games. Can’t wait till they go to 9 and 3/6 model. Having UGA and Tennessee in tiger stadium once every 4 years is awesome

Does Tennessee really have a rival if they’ve only beat one twice since 2005 and one they haven’t beat since 2006??
