But you've only beaten one top 10 opponent?

Texas A&M has wayyy too many 2nd place votes.

They have 1 SEC loss along with Florida, Georgia, LSU and Kentucky. Explain how any of those teams are demonstrably better.

Missouri had the ball for 6 minutes of the 3Q when the skies opened up.

1st, 2nd & 4th quarter were not affected by rain.

sorry your future NFL QB couldn't handle weather while Carolina's 5th year SR in his first ever SEC start managed 10 points in the same weather. Lock did throw a nice TD pass to our LB, too.

you pathetic Misery U fans outta be thankful y'all are a God-for-Saken Landlocked state.

0-3 Misery U is about to be 0-4 in SEC play. Kentucky is better this year, by far, than any of the 3 previous years which they cut your arse.

How was it not competitive? Because we lost?

I dont get why UF is above UGA or UK. Their home loss to UK was not competitive. UGA looked awful at Death Valley, but everyone looks awful there.

UF beat LSU. UGA's best win is... South Carolina?

UK has just looked worn down the past few weeks. They're a good team but it's fair to be skeptical of them after their offensive output versus an awful Vandy defense.

This argument that LSU has only beaten one top 10 opponent needs to stop. Miami, Auburn, and Georgia were all ranked in the top 10 when LSU played them. That means LSU has PLAYED AND BEATEN 3 top 10 teams. Past tense.

Auburn and Miami aren't Top 10 teams. They were in the Top 10 because of stupid, meaningless preseason rankings. If your criteria for "Top 10 wins" is based off dumb, stupid preseason rankings, then, yes, LSU has three Top 10 wins, but SOS and SOR is usually calculated based off whole-season data, not "season up until the game was played very early in the year" data. Reality is that no one is impressed by LSU beating Miami or Auburn. And I'm not really sure why so many LSU fans are dying on this hill; you have a game against Bama in a week-and-a-half that's as good of an opportunity as anyone will get to prove that you're elite.

If Florida beats Georgia, the dynamics of the rankings will change as LSUs best win to date is over Georgia, yet LSU lost to Florida.

I am not completely sold on Florida, but admit they clearly have improved from the low point of that Kentucky loss. I do think LSU beats them in a neutral field rematch (admitting my bias).

Mizzou hung with Georgia and Alabama(better than anyone else), beat Purdue who just beat OSU, and lost to an inferior USC team on the road.

That explain it?

your welcome.

also, you and a couple of your yella-striped cohorts are borderline #HerTurn denial about Carolina football being superior to Missouri football ~ 3 years running. it's fun to watch

Cool?

Mizzou almost ran for 300 yards at over a 6 ypc clip.

I'd still love to see proof that Crockett stepped OOB on that long TD, most ridiculous call I've ever seen.

If there's no monsoon, Mizzou wins pretty easily, I don't think that's really debatable.

Did you know Kentucky has punted on 19 of its last 32 possessions, 13 of those were 3 and outs.

Here's the full breakdown:

Punts: 19
FGs: 1
TDs: 6
TOs: 3
Missed FG: 3

3 and Outs: 13
