Well y'all had fun last night
Thanks, Rummy!
Here are the latest and greatest rankings provided by our voters.
Full Resolution
1. Alabama - Use [redacted]'s blurb. You always do anyway.
2. Georgia - UGA continues its slaughter fest to probably the second biggest challenge in the East this week. Locke could certainly have some success early, but an inability to remain balanced is likely to leave this game lopsided by the finish.
3. LSU - “It’s right down the middle” as LSU stole one on the plains. Payback for two years ago. Offensive seemed solid. JB is a game manager but that’s what we needed. La tech should be a stout team but still a tune up.
4. Auburn - As soon as our lead was cut to 8 points, I told my brother we would lose on a last second field goal. Every Auburn fan should had known what was coming. Thankfully, we have Arkansas this weekend. Even Gus should be able to out coach Fake Gus.
5. Mississippi State - Miss St. took care of business dominating an inferior ULL team at home. Fitz looked a little more comfortable throwing the ball, so hopefully he will continue to improve as the season progresses. An injury to Jamal Peters could be costly as we prepare to head on the road to upstart Kentucky. I expect this to be a tough game in the trenches. Hopefully we can keep the momentum going and pull off the win heading in to the Florida game.
6. Texas A&M - Sloppy first half, but then put ULM at a very safe distance in the 2nd. They’ve got a little bit of talent on that squad (probably better than Arkansas). We don’t have the high end talent or depth to hang with Bama next week, but we’re going to try. Let’s just hope we cover the 29 point spread.
7. Missouri - Mizzou won a road game. Offense was good, defense was bad. The defense better get on track real quick as Georgia comes to town.
8. Kentucky - Cats got a scrimmage this week in preparation for Bulldogs heading to Lexington this Saturday. Both are undefeated, and this should be a good test as to who is real going forward this season.
9. South Carolina - Hurricane Florence barked at us and it sparked so many painful memories that South Carolina folded over like a cheap lawn set canceling their game with Marshall. @Vandy is next.
10. Vanderbilt - Vandy almost pulled out a win against the Domes in South Bend despite three turnovers. Shurmur was very good against a stout Irish defense, but a loss is still a loss. Whether Vandy’s improved play will translate to real victories and not just moral ones will be seen this weekend against the Gamecocks.
11. Florida - The Florida secondary is a mess because of injuries but the front 7 played better in week 3. I can't remember the last time Florida had safety play that was THIS bad. The offense is still a mess, they are really weak on the OL at guard and center, and the play calling and player rotation at the skill positions leaves everyone scratching their head. Grimes, Jefferson, Toney, and Cleveland, probably the 4 best skill guys on the team, had a combined 6 touches on offense. It doesn't help that Franks is late on every pass he throws as well. The loser of UT-UF this week has the inside track on 0-8 in SEC play.
12. Ole Miss - We didn't expect to beat Alabama so no harm done I guess. A home matchup vs. Kent State should (hopefully) prove to be an opportunity to get the team back on track.
13. Tennessee – I don’t think we have any more Tennessee voters…
14. Arkansas - "How did your team do?" Well.... worse than last week which was a loss to Colorado St. "What's coming up next?" Hopefully the apocalypse
Thanks, Rummy!

Who in the hell still has Auburn ranked ahead of LSU?
Posted on 9/18/18 at 5:17 am to LSU Patrick
I'll tell you that it isn't an Auburn fan

I'm mildly curious as to the logic of whomever voted Vandy dead last.
Posted on 9/18/18 at 6:25 am to skrayper
Arkansas too high. UNT should be in there somewhere.
Posted on 9/18/18 at 7:15 am to LewDawg
I'll vote if you need a Vol fan
Posted on 9/18/18 at 7:21 am to LewDawg
Someone didn’t vote Arkansas last

I want to know what pussy wrote the blurb for Aggie

So, I'm outing myself as a voter and admitting that I screwed up, no more voting on the phone
Sorry about that

They obviously aren't a fan of LSU either. You might want to take the opportunity to remove clear bias such that we have here.

You have at least one, if not a few, terrible voters. Maybe this doesn’t deserve a sticky?

that's why there are supposed to be 2 from every team - usually the results come in pretty close to what we see as the consensus here, on ESPN and elsewhere
I can see someone making a case for AU still over LSU on a POWER RANKING (bad calls, still a better team, blah, blah, blah) - I absolutely disagree, but the case can be made
here is my vote, when we vote it goes to a survey link and the options are listed 1 - 14 alphabetically, so Vandy ALWAYS starts as #14 until the voter moves them around
I just failed to move Vandy up before I hit submit - my 1st time screwing up (the rest are my actual votes as intended); last week was my week to forget how to use the interwebs - won't happen again...
Alabama 1
Georgia 2
LSU 3
Auburn 4
Texas A&M 5
Mississippi State 6
Missouri 7
Kentucky 8
South Carolina 9
Florida 10
Tennessee 11
Ole Miss 12
Arkansas 13
Vanderbilt 14 (should be 10)

The guy who put Auburn 3rd needs his voting privileges revoked.

You hurt my feelings. I understand it was an accident, but the existence of Missouri is also an accident and nobody gives them a pass for that.
