I don't really know you, but anyone that posts regularly on the SECr will tell you that I don't make ridiculous outrageous claims. I have no reason to make a Internet persona look cool. I just talk sports and enjoy the occasional thunder dome.
I dont make shite up.

Saban is the unquestioned king of college defense and it's not even close. No one will ever, ever believe Saban doesn't run that show.
You have the best coach in cfb. Smart will never get credit for that defense from anyone other than a Bama fan.
Doesn't even matter if it's true, no one will believe it.

If I weren't on my phone, I'd post the Les Miles quote from earlier this month re: outside parties and bias.
When I'm looking for bias free analysis of completely subjective questions, I come to the SEC Rant.

If yes, then does this make Les miles the most overrated HC in the SEC? Maybe in the NCAA? And eextremely overpaid?

It really doesn't matter to me if you believe it or not to be honest. I know it to be true so that's enough for me.
People can be skeptical if they want but the end result is going to be the same. Alabama is going to have the best defense in the country damn near every year with the LSU being the only real competition. Who the cause of that is doesn't really matter for the time being.

Kirby wouldn't be shite without Nick Saban holding his hand.

I thought your post was a good one and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

No. Not even close.
If he can get similar results coaching at Minnesota-Mankato St. then he's in the discussion.

Ask Matt Mauck and the rest of 2001 LSU offense.

I remember when people said that about Muschamp when he didnt get a spot on Saban's Dolphins team.

That comment makes it hard to respect your opinion.
Using your logic, Geno Smith and Bo Wallace disagree. How many 400+ yard games has LSU had in the past 3 years? How many has Alabama had? A Saban defense that meets his standard limits both yards and points?
What is the LSU/Chavis standard? The best defense he has fielded was in 2011 when Geno Smith began mounting a comeback and passed for 465 yards and lead his team to 3 touchdowns.

Possibly. I'd say Kirby Smart is pretty good.
