The only teams worth ranking right now are the ones who actually played legitimate opponents.

1. Alabama
2. Tennessee
3. South Carolina
4. Auburn
5. Vandy
6. Kentucky

Florida beat bowling green 27-14. A team that went 2-10 a couple years ago. The game was up in the air until about 6 minutes in the 4th. Yes, I would classify it as a struggle.

Based on performance, I would move UT ahead of USCe.

I watched your game. Yes, it was a struggle for UF. When you only have a 17-14 lead going into the 4th quarter, then yes, it's a struggle. When you get beat 22-14 in 1st downs, then yes, it was a struggle.

UF struggled big-time to find an identity on offense. Florida has some talent (always has and will). I think when Muschamp finally decides on Driscoll as his full time QB then UF will have a more cohesive offense.

Florida should get a lot better as the season goes on, but right now, UF is a work-in-process.

LSU & BAMA both played inferior opponents, both won by the same score of 41-14. LSU had 77 more yards on offence and allowed 50 less yards on defense than Bama. They are by far the 2 best teams in collage football, and on Nov. 3, we will find out who the better team is. Bama had the chip on their shoulder last year, and now its LSU's turn. I see LSU and FSU in the championship, that is unless Bama and ESPN can pull off another shocker, and make the trip to Miami along with LSU. Stranger things have happened.

1. Bama
2. LSU
3. Arkansas
4. UGA

7. Florida
8. Mississipi State
9. Auburn
10. aTm
11. Mizzou
12. Vandy
13. Ole Miss
14. Kentucky

i could see a lot of movement between 3-12 next week.

Ehh...Mizzou actually looked a lot more solid than 11th.

2-10 a couple of years ago means what? They are projected to win the MAC this year. The past and Bammers are tight friends so I understand.

I get the struggling part with the score board. We ran the ball well up the middle and I'm pleased about that. We didn't really try to throw much so I'm not sure what to think about that.

Hopefully we can get the kinks out and limit penalties. I'm sick of that crap.

They aren't picked to win the Mac. Ohio is.

But FL running game did look good. What was suprising is how BG moved the ball. You just don't expect a team like that to go to the 4th with a chance to win in the swamp. I don't put much into 1st games. This week will tell alot more.

The east is wide open. It still wouldn't suprise me to see FL win it. But UGA has the best schedule to do it. You guys just need to end the two QB thing and stick with one guy. It divides a team.

The difference in this game was the kicking game. Sturgis hit a 51 yarder and BG missed two short ones. Then add in the two 10 yard punts. If not for that FL is 0-1. You need to improve. Which I am sure you will. It is never as bad as it appears and it is never as good either. This year is going to be a wild one. I expect a ton of close games in the east. It is hard to tell who will get to ATL....

Hey, it could have been worse. If it hadn't been for a lot of incredible special teams play UGA may have lost to Buffalo.

Not that the Hogs looked all that much better...thankfully while our offense was trying, we scored on every possession.

It was a struggle for UF. I did watch the game, and UF let them stay in the game until late in the 3rd quarter. Should never have been that competitive. Think its going to be a long season for the Gators. Defense will keep you guys in games but the offense looked far less than impressive in real time, despite what the stats ended up saying.
