No love fest, but not much value for either team to shite post... easily 2 of the best remaining teams, so we can't even have the typical "lucky to even be here" arguments. I respect and expected that both LSU and Arkansas are still in a position to bring it home.
Also, from an Arkansas perspective, we haven't earned the right to talk shite until we win shite. We're good enough to be back in the CWS, but still a dropped ball away from winning it all.

Apparently the SEC champs are a terrible team this year, so yea the SEC must be overrated.
Good luck to Hawgs and LSU. I think Hawgs are the favorites to win it all.

Texas isn’t terrible . Your team has no heart and caved when it mattered the most. It doesn’t make them a bad team. It just means they were content with that regular season title and didn’t have enough Alpha dog in them to go any further. No shame . It’s 2025 . There are lots of Betas .

Georgia was definitely overrated.
Good hitting but mediocre pitching and players acting like turds.
Honestly I felt the the contract negotiations with Wes Johnson should have happened after yet another early exit from the playoffs.

I think baseball happened That’s why baseball is so great if your team gets hot at the right time you can throw talent pedigree and big name out the window. Foot ball it will always be who ever the biggest strongest fastest is. Baseball is an every man game.

I have way too much respect for this Arkansas team to say anything negative. They have a really solid, talented team, with great leadership and poise. The game Saturday is going to be very difficult for both of us to win. The winner truly has the drivers seat to win that half of the bracket.

I mean percentage wise it doesn’t look good, but unless Duke wins tonight, the SEC will still have the most teams playing this weekend.
The ACC had 4-5 teams advance to supers which was a record for them and as of now, only one made it to Omaha(unless Duke wins).

I love how everyone keeps saying the SEC is overrated
The last 5 champions are all from the SEC and it's 5 different schools.
6 of the last 7 too and all 6 different schools and multiple of those years we've had two SEC teams playing each other for it all.
LSU or Arkansas will win it all this year too.
First game might as well be for the trophy

Parity is happening among the top 40 D1 in football and now baseball. Expect it to reverse and favor the top 40 in both sports over next 2+ years. Ones with $$$ will dominate
