I'm just going to assume that the variety of shitposters talking about kicking out an original SEC and Big 6 member are just being douches on the Internet.
Especially because talking shite has always been part of the game but I never knew anyone who was a real SEC fan interested in kicking out programs like Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, or Ole Miss for being so frequently terrible.
Even the not good new additions of South Carolina and Arkansas have never been shite talked with the boot. After more than 30 years they have credibility as SEC members.
Especially because talking shite has always been part of the game but I never knew anyone who was a real SEC fan interested in kicking out programs like Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, or Ole Miss for being so frequently terrible.

What smooth brain can't seem to wrap his mind around is there is a literally a 21 day requirement in a federal lawsuit to file a responsive pleading or a Motion to Dismiss within 21 days of being served. Being in talks of settlement doesn't toll that 21 day time period. Today was day 21. The respondents either had to respond to the lawsuit or file a 12(b) motion to dismiss. The only way around that 21 day window would have been the SEC staying their lawsuit. They did not, so the Motion filed was the only logical response. This is 1L law school stuff, and the half-wits on here and Twitter can't seem to wrap their minds around lawyers and litigants doing the prudent action by filing what they did today and also can't seem to comprehend that Sankey's release in response to the motion is nothing more than trying to win the court of public opinion.
