For just the tackles you have to try and pair down these guys from just the last 20 or so years.
Marcus McNeil, Max Jean-Gilles, Shawn Andrews, Andrew Whitworth, Luke Joeckel, Andre Smith, Chris Samuels
#loaded.
FWIW, I would take each of those guys at tackle over both 2012 Bama tackles and it includes two Bama players on it, so it isn't bias.

This list is based on pro production or production while they were in the SEC?
Arbitrary. We're trying to pick the best players ever and their subsequent NFL careers are part of that assessment.
Langham wasn't as good as people thought he was. The NFL more or less showed that. Hence, his college production was a product of the system and not based on his talent alone.
Champ Bailey went on to become one of the best corners in the NFL for a number of years. PP is well on his way to being a dominant defender and a dynamic playmaker in the NFL, and is 2-for-2 in pro bowls.

Eric Norwood

Until he injures his neck. He went from annoying gritty player that took advantage of the lack of attention he received as a result of him being the least talented player on those UGA lines, to quite entertaining analyst that makes me hate him a lot less.

Quick: pick out the player on that list with more INTs than the others combined and anchored a NC defense

No one cares that you have a hard on for a guy that played with three other high draft picks for his entire career. He doesn't belong on an all-time team given the players you COULD select. You REALLY want Pollack over Reggie White or the Freak? You are out of your mind.

I know all of that. I just remember hearing about his motor at least 10 times every time I watched UGA during his time there.

To answer your question about whether or not it involves NFL production: it's whatever makes LSU look better and Alabama worse.

did you know that he and David Greene are roomates and that they played pee wee football together?

Whatever makes you feel better about the fact that PP > Langham.

Those guys were like coaches on the field.

Not as a college football player, which is why we all post here. You must be young

He is one of PLENTY of players you would take before you took the Grit factory with a motor like a toyota.
Every Georgia fan I know IRL has the biggest Pollack boner. Dude wasn't even the most talented lineman on those teams. You guys just love you some gritty white guys.
