Auburn fans are definitely pulling for Alabama....as a whole. Some will stick with their hatred for Alabama and pull for Georgia (or stay neutral) but as a whole they do NOT want Georgia to win a title.
LSU fans, I think are pulling for Georgia.

I always find this attitude amusing. Honest question: Last season, if A&M had gotten into the playoffs, would the fact that A&M and Alabama had already played each other bothered you? Or would you have found the match up interesting?

Yeah there was definitely more LSU/UGA shite posting here going back some time...not sure if Arik Gilbert was the main part of it, but i also think it probably goes back to the 2018 game.

You aren't exactly wrong... There are 2-3 teams I want to win every week. LSU, whoever plays Alabama, and whoever plays 8&4feit (unless they play Alabama, in which case I want an asteroid strike). All that said,I'm definitely pulling for Georgia in this; also, it would be interesting to see how the Georgia fans respond to all the "1980" spamming trolls if/when that no longer is effective as an insult.

How does the bowl series wins vs loses determine who is better between the east and west when they consist of games with teams from different conferences?

I think if we're going to have a rematch in the playoffs it should happen in the semis.
I'd rather be looking forward to an SEC/BIG 10 title game right now than a Bama/UGA rematch.

I only root for Auburn but if it makes you feel better to think most Auburn fans are for Alabama then have at it. As an Auburn fan living in Alabama i can assure you that you are most assuredly wrong though. We don't like Georgia but Alabama is where the true hate is directed. Maybe it's different for the Auburn fans in Georgia but those are the minority
