IF that hit was made on say a punt return and it was a special teams player that got laid out would we be having this conversation?

To all of you who say the hit on Murray was legal:

You are wrong. Stop posting such nonsense.

The refs got the two calls exactly backwards. The hit on AJ was shoulder first, the one on Murray was helmet-to-helmet.

When said player isn't involved in the play ..... Yes.

It's called unnecessary roughness.

LSU fans will be talking about this hit until they lose their bowl game......they don't let shite die.

Not the only ppl that are. Just glad UGA is getting a taste of the life of a Bama opponent. Cheap play, bs calls, no calls, and no call holds all. Damn. Day.

For you dumbasses the hit on Murray was a block not a roughing. After the pass is intercepted Murray is now a defensive player and can be drilled and was

I was well aware of how painfully stupid a lot of this board's residents are, but I still expected you mongoloids to have at least a small understanding of football. Apparently I was wrong...

Even if it not helmet to helmet, it is "unnecessary" roughness.

Credible argument here... first one.

Well done.

Anyone complaining about the no call on the Murray hit must have forgot the no call on the block in the back when UGA was returning a punt
Yeah, those are really compatible.

On a clean play sure. If it's a retaliation it needs to be a walk on.

Honest question, was it a gamechanger? It's bama ball there regardless. If that was an O lineman getting crushed no one is whining about it. Murray was 3 yards from the ball carrier

I just wanna reiterate that the refs didnt call a block in the back on a UGA return and every Dawg fan here in the Dome knows it

Now all the holding going on by Bama not getting called is f'ing crazy. Receivers getting held and on the TD run the UGA backer was hooked by a lineman

Bama is really very good at it or the refs just ignore it because they are intimidated by Saban. They hold for a long enough time to not be noticed like putting their arm out to slow a rush or grabbing an arm to take the D man out of his rush. The 1st series Bama's D back had his arm around the left side of the receiver just enough to deny his reaction to the ball. Interference by anyone else.

1 penalty for 5 yds and Saban is screaming at the refs. This refs crew looks familiar.

Dial led with his shoulder and blocked a defensive player, this is football not field hockey, buncha frickin pussy arse comments. Don't like it? I'm sure there is a soccer game on.

Yep, must be painful to watch. In one half Bama has rushed for more yards than it did in the whole game against A&M and the entire Georgia team has rushed for less than half the yards JFF rushed for against Bama....Georgia sure is physical...

I would not complain if it was called even remotely consistent.

That is nothing the same. First off that was questionable given the angle and merely a simple shove block play.. this POS play was targeting helmet with absolute dirty intent.

Nobody said Al Obama wouldn't have the ball, a-hole. 15 yards would've made a difference.
