We are going to need Brooks back. This team has a lot of talent, but Sarr and Brooks will be the experience they need.

They look decent without Brooks (as much as you can glean from playing who they are). Sarr has some nice moves. Jackson really hustles. Boston is so damn long. Obviously some defensive derps but that’s to be expected early. We’ll have a better look when they play a solid Richmond team this weekend.

Don’t know but Wyatt got three games too. Here was Elzy’s statement:

quote:

"It's a very difficult decision. I mean, we have not played basketball since March. You want everybody to take the floor," Elzy said. "We have been dealing with such adversity. You definitely don't want that to happen, but at the end of the day my job as the leader of this program, and our staff, is to make sure that our players are held accountable and they are responsible and they are ready for the real world and they are held accountable for every decision that is not the right one. So we love them enough, I love them enough, not to turn my head when mistakes are made, and we have to make those types of decisions."

Glad to get the win. At least we got the season started. We'll see how long it lasts. I'm worried about a full season getting played.
