STILL too high. They lost their two best players from a team that got swept by Georgia and nearly lost to Mississippi State last year.

I know we've had a couple of clunkers so far, but Mizzou is overrated as frick. Undefeated or not they have played nobody.

These rankings will be extremely fluid over the next few weeks.

UF is in the middle of a 4 game stretch.

vs. FSU - W
@ UConn - L
vs. Kansas Dec 10 - ?
vs. Memphis Dec 18 - ?

Currently 6-2, both losses on the road to ranked teams by a combined 7 points with a depleted roster.

If this team EVER gets to full strength, they can challenge UK for the SEC title.

5 is appropriate. We haven't looked that good so far. It's early though, so it's not totally unexpected. Especially, when you consider cuonzo's penchant for slow starts.

My guess is that these rankings will look extremely different by mid January.

Alabama is too low. They'll get things together a little more by the time conference play starts. Looking at these rankings makes me depressed about SEC basketball though

UF was hosed pretty good last night but you have to expect that on the road. Considering the injuries and suspensions, I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

We should be about 5th. We can move up in the next week or so when we play @Kstate vs Oregon and vs MTSU in our next 3 games.

People were down on us going into the year because we lost Buckner and Holloway. We were extremely thin last year when Jones got hurt. This year we have a pretty good 4 man rotation. (5 if you count Perez but he is more of a winger). We are deeper than we were last year which is scary but we wont be as dominate on the boards as we were last year. I still think we can potentially be a tournament team if Colbey, Cox and Saiz keep improving down low and Henderson, Summers, and Millinghouse keep being consistent at guard. Snoop White has been basically a non factor this year and he was our second best guard last year. He will come around and our backcourt will be deep and experienced.

I've seen UF anywhere from the mid teens to low 20's

Our RPI should sky rocket the next few games I would think.

That uconn game reminded me of our umass game.

Shoulda woulda coulda, but the truth is neither LSU or UF was at full strength for those games

Would have been a huge boost to the entire conference. Oh well.
