FINAL! 8-7 SC over Vandy!

We were down 7-0 at one point. Now have won 5 in a row, and we’ve moved above .500 in conference after a very bad start.

There were quite a few outstanding defensive plays in Starkville tonight, but the biggest defensive play was one that was not made when State's right fielder failed to hold on to a sinking line drive with two out in the 8th, leading to runs 5 and 6 for the Aggies. Great weather and a pretty good game.

He has made some amazing defensive plays in the last few weeks, but I agree, that missed catch was the turning point.

He misjudged it and took a really bad angle on it.

Tigers made some great D plays tonight in Oxford. Duplantis in RF, Watson in CF, and Slaughter at 3rd led the way.

Thanks, Gator. And yeah, it was.

Logan Foster gave up his body for a nice diving catch a bit earlier, first of this video. I hope he's not seriously injured.

MSU also made some very nice plays, but I'm not nearly as nice as you and won't link them.
