You can claim Arkansas, you all do.

No need in claiming that heap in Columbia.

You want to test yourselves against the best, a noble gesture.

I'm pretty sure we'd lose to every team...except Texas Tech.

I dunno. One plus to this is that as bad of a dumpster fire as the SEC is in hoops right now, the Big 12 is right there with us. They have 4 of 10 teams over 100 RPI right now - consider that A&M's RPI is 82

Remind the good people of the SEC RANT who built UK.....a Kansan. Perhaps because no one from Kentucky was smart or talented enough.... Thoughts?

Sprinkles. Loved that state so much he spent 40+ years away from it and was buried in Lexington too.

Want to remind the Rant who beat that arse twice last season and took the National Championship from your arse with a bunch of young bucks while we're at it too sweetheart?

The best Big 12 program against the best SEC program.

I hope we play TCU so we can thank them for taking Coach TJ. They are the best AD we could have!

Don't care. We'll beat anyone in that conference...as long as we get to play at home.

Man, really torn on who I'd like to see. Also sucks that UK and UF aren't taking part next year. B12 misses out on having to play 2 of the top teams in the SEC.

Based on rivalries/story lines, I guess I'd like to see:

MU v. kU
A&M v. Tejas
SC v. KSU
LSU v. TCU
Arky v. OU
Ole Miss v. Baylor
UT v. WV
Aub v. OSU
Vandy v. ISU
Bama v. Tech

After the first 4, it's just kind of a hodge podge unless there's some bad blood I don't know about.

I think what you meant to say is "We'll lose to anyone in that conference...as long as we get to play on the road."

Flip side, I'd love to see the "football" conference kick that Big12 arse. I think SEC wins by and average margin of 15 points per game. So much for the B12 being a superior basketball conference.

UK v. kU
UF v. Baylor
Ole Miss v. KSU
MU v. Tejas
Arky v. OU
Bama v. OSU
UT v. WV
LSU v. TCU
Vandy v. ISU
A&M v. Tech

We have losses to the following schools:

at LSU (RPI 147)
Georgia at home (RPI 149)
Southern at home (RPI 170)

We still have the following schools worse than us to play. We'll lose at least half.

93 Arkansas
118 Vanderbilt
147 LSU again
149 Georgia again
193 South Carolina
211 Auburn
224 Mississippi State

Rumor is that Arkansas is going to play KU

Oh.

We've played Texas, OU, Baylor, TTU, and aTm, and Mizzou before they joined the SEC in the non-con portion of the schedule in the recent past. We've also played Okie State not too long ago.

In the big east challenge we played UCONN and Syracuse so it isn't like we are a school to shy away from competition.

If Arky plays kU, I will proudly claim my Arkansas roots for the day and call those filthy hogs if I have to. I'll pull up LizHoney on YouTube and wear a hog hat. I'll sail on the flagship all damn day! That's how badly I want you to pummel those red-legged, murderous, thieving, raping, inbred, web-footed, mouth breathing terrorists. No lie.
