Skip Johnson has his work cut out for him.
Unrelated to the schedule, OU approved baseball facilities work and will have phase 1 done before the season. So its good to have that started. 2027 season will have the second phase done.

Yeah I was hoping to get Texas and LSU in Hogtown this season, but the stupid arse SEC folks have no method to their madness.

Ours is pretty brutal. Only good thing is we get to keep Mizzou on the schedule. We will see if we can reach a Super this year.

If you make a Super with that schedule, you'll have a really good team with a chance to win it all.. At the end of the day, that's all you can ask for..

State not playing Bama this year in baseball is really strange. We have played each other over 400 times. This is the one downside of this new schedule matrix. And yes State has a tough SEC schedule but that is alright. That is how you get battle tested for the regionals and beyond.

Yo, swinetime: I checked the records online. Mike Bianco holds a 41-32 record over Dave Van Horne in their baseball rivalry. Arkansas has a slight 57-51 edge all-time. In any case, I wouldn't call Ole Miss a cupcake, especially over the last two decades when the two teams have played.
