Then yall should be able to win the lawsuit easily and fix games without no one noticing...

the SEC gets sued, they could very well be facing an antitrust situation.

fricking retards man. All of them. This dumb bitch has zero legal background making arguments that a voluntary organization is a monopoly. This is the level of intellect from that brain dead fan base.

It's crazy. I even pointed people to my legal thread where I explain at length the NCAA has lost all antitrust cases. The SEC is now experiencing the same thing. The idea of relying on the 1970s strategy of "voluntary" organizing is dying in real time. The LA TRO is still hanging over Sankey's head and it could be only the first of multiple.

The SEC is trying to hang on to an outdated strategy instead of facing the current realities.

Fixing games is a federal crime. That would be dumb. Lots of money being bet on games.

How much money did you have on Western Michigan?

Seriously, the government can't even deal with bogus elections where there is hard evidence.

Fixers are usually only caught if they brag about it or send texts that can be used for evidence. Otherwise, it always comes down to being a subjective call and almost nobody ever realizes any real consequences.
