In what planet is OM ahead of Arkansas all time in the SEC?
Arkansas has been to Atlanta 3 more times than OM. Has more conference titles between SEC and SWC. OM has 6 conference titles in the SEC. 1 in the 40s, 2 in the 50s and 3 in the 60s. Never been to the ATL. OM has one NC.
Arkansas has 1 NC, 13 conference titles and 4 SECW titles 1995, 1998, 2002 and 2006.
Also Arkansas is 36-28-1 against OM. 17-12 since being in the SEC

Tenn and LSU get a bump for having their success over greater periods of time and Multiple 4+ Nattys
All of UFs success has come in the last 30 years
AU just doesn't have enough SEC titles or Nattys
UGA 40 year drought of nattys and only 2 total held them down, I'd consider them the most likely to be moved up to tier 2A.

If it's truly all-time and not since 1990, then I do not agree with UF being that high. They did jack shite prior to Spurrier. A good season here and there but definitely not relevant nationally.
Also using those same criterion I don't believe AU should be ahead of UT. And I'm not sure LSU deserves #2 either.
I hate UGA but there's no way they should be as low as 7th.

Vanderbilt pre-1950, and especially pre-1925, was a football power. They have 13 conference championships. Kentucky has 2 conference championships. Kentucky has never had a period of any kind of sustained success.
