B10 commish now also supposedly leaning canceling the Big Ten season, that would be the death blow to CFB

UConn wasn't going to have a schedule. They are an independent these days. At least 6 of their games were already cancelled or a foregone conclusion.
I'll say it again, these are extremely low risk young men, unless they have a known comorbidity to worry about. This is nonsense.

Lawrence at Clemson

No reason for them to play. They all would be in the NFL already if they could be. In Smith's case with the medical issues he has had, no way he plays.

Chase has been getting in the best shape of his life all summer for this season. Stingley still has two years to play. I don’t see either sitting out

I think Lawrence could sit out and be fine.
The rest of them could stand to lose some money if they sit out, football is a very "what have you done for me lately" kind of sport.

Stingley will add WR duties in 2021 and it will be a close Heisman finish when Stingley beats out Brennan
