I'm a season ticket holder, and UGA has been badgering me almost daily with emails trying to sell me tickets in addition to my usual package. (this almost never happens). On the other hand, I've got a friend in Tech's athletic department that says they're already reaching out to holders and cutting their packages to make room for social distancing. What are the other SEC schools doing? These two policies seem to be directly opposite.

Alabama has been saying they have no idea what's going to happen.

Tech fans have been social distancing at Bobby Dodd for years

We did get this
quote:

We are eagerly awaiting the kickoff of the 2020 football season, and the opportunity to welcome you back to Bryant-Denny Stadium. As you know, construction has been underway since the close of the 2019 season in order to complete Phase I of The Crimson Standard renovations. Our new premium seating options were met with great demand and the skyboxes, Loge Boxes and Terrace Club are all sold out. However, there are still a limited number of Champions Club seats available.

The Champions Club is located on the U2 level on the west side of Bryant-Denny Stadium with sideline views from the end zone to the 25 yard lines. Champions Club patrons will enjoy an all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverage in the enclosed, air conditioned club and a variety of amenities.

If you would like to learn more about the Champions Club or to secure your seats, please contact the Crimson Tide Foundation.

Social distancing is BS. It doesn't help a thing. Anybody that falls for that scheme is simply a mindless lemming. They just need to pack the stadiums and be done with the overreactions. The death rate is lower than the seasonal flu.

That's because you're dealing with a different level of intellect among the Fanbase that buys Season Tix, the typical GT Season Tix holder is smart enough to understand that Social Distancing is necessary, in fact they'd probably question the GT Athl Dept as to why they aren't taking Social Distancing into account

Oh deary me. A bad flu season in the US, and I mean a bad one, tops off at around 56,000 people over the course of a year. Unless it is the Spanish Flu which was a special type of hell.

So far the Coronavirus has killed 120,000 people in not quite 6 months.

The question is not whether the C-Virus is bad, it is, but what can we do to keep it at bay while not shutting down the entire country?

Surprise, surprise, surprise, wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing is pretty much all we need until we get a vaccine.

Now I know some of you will just have a case of the vapors because "Oh my God! You are just saying that to knock Trump!" while others will say "We need to shut everything down to be safe!". All of y'all are full of it.

Use some basic common sense and we will all be fine.

It happens literally every single year. When away schools don't sell out their given allotment they then go back on sale to uga. It happens every season.

I've been practicing social distancing for most of my life, distancing myself from stupid people whenever possible. as for crowded locations, I have several health issues that make me more susceptible to serious illnesses so I will not be attending any events where crowds congregate.

Nothing yet really

I expect limited capacity if it even happens at all. The media has turned super negative since the Fauci comments so I’d be pretty surprised if it happens at this point

I received the UGA email to go ahead and get UF tickets. In 22 years of having tickets that has never happened.

I constantly see people who wear the mask...then stand right behind me.

It's like wtf.
