Go look at the all-time record in football between Ole Miss-USM when Brett Favre wasn't their quarterback. They've beaten us maybe 2 times. In no way are we scared of them.

I was talking in regards to the OOC schedule.
You can lump in Bama, Auburn, Nebraska, and other schools into the pot with Ole Miss and Arkansas who refuse to play other small instate programs.

I've looked it up.
The have more recent NCs, conference titles and more 10 win seasons recently.

I wasn't around in the late 50s-early 60s.
Apparently is was bad enough for Vaught and Broyles to talk about it mid-field after a game then give each other enough time to find replacement opponents before putting the series on hiatus.

stAte's latest proposal included us playing them in Jonesboro and Little Rock with the game rotating between the two.
Oh and we have to pay rent for the game at WMS while splitting the gate and concession profit.
But yeah, its just us being scared to play them.

I didn't know we were allowed to schedule DII opponents and it count toward bowl eligibility.

A Louisville fan should know that no one wants to return a game in that shite hole in Hattiesburg. They also have some of the worst fans on the planet. Very West Virginia-like.

It's so elite southern miss went 0-12 last year, that's the only reason sorry arse ole miss has never been 0-12, they don't play supreme conference USA competition. Ole miss sucks compared to USM....
