Hopefully we can get over Kentucky hump
We never beat them no matter how good we are, they are, or how bad they are.
I’d love a 3-0 conference start

Don't care. I'm a Kentucky Fan. We're a Women's Sports school now. And maybe Baseball.
Supposedly the Basketball Coach is good at Chess and Puzzles. Imagine a taller Eli Drinkowitz with less wins.

That’s all we do. (Not make them, I mean gameplan.)

Serious question: do yall regret letting Calipari go?

Here's a helpful hint.
The team hates each other. They do not share the ball. And they can't shoot.
So pack the lane on defense. On offense, screen a lot. That gets them bitching at each other about who was supposed to cover who.
Call your coaches. Let them know.

Mike White is a joke man. Zero offensive sets. Dudes just jacking up threes and playing one on one.

Mike White was the Disney Gators John Wooden, they told us if we ran him off Duke would hire him. Totally serious they said that.

Serious Answer. Nope. And look - Calipari quit. But I'm glad he quit, Because I wanted him fired, but Kentucky couldn't afford to and Barnhart didn't have the nuts to do it anyway.
And I'm glad you asked. I hate the flame and flame again this joint does now. I miss a serious discussion.
Cal has made a reset this year at Arky ... maybe. Last year, he still run D.J. Wagner down their throats as a starter like he did at Kentucky his last year. Calipari was literally running Kentucky like an AAU team. You could see it. I can bore you to death with the evidence. He needed to go. Winning was not his number one job in Lexington anymore.
So he wants to coach winning ball again at Fayetteville. Good for them. Good for us.

We don’t get many Georgia melts around here anymore. Can you please let us enjoy it for just a minute?

Good Lord...perfect ball movement for once and we still brick the wide open three. Abysmal shooting team

Yeah ... but the post-game show with all the former players calling in will be awesome. And the Mark Pope Radiant Positivity will be something.
Mark Pope seriously reminds me of The Music Man.

D.J. assumed a larger role when Fland went out for the season and led a resurgence that took an 0-5 conference team to the sweet 16.
But cal has gotten away from that all freshman all star crap he had going there. I wondered if he felt pressured to have the best high school recruiting classes there, it’s hard to win big that way.

His last year at Kentucky he refused - absolutely refused - to run the best offensive lineup in college basketball.
Reed Shepherd - Rob Dillingham - Antonio Reeves - and pick your other two.
Calipari absolutely refused to play them at the same time. When he did by necessity ? The plus/minus was filthy. And believe me - he heard about it.
Cal was an arse at Kentucky. He didn't care about winning. I am glad he's gone.
Shepherd - Dillingham - Reeves were a Final Four guard trio.
