We could easily hire a coach like McDonnell from Louisville. We are a top 4 program in the SEC while Louisville is a commuter school with a small park and fanbase.

Bianco built us up to that status, but he has reached his ceiling. If we want to further elevate our program then we need new leadership. 1 Omaha appearance in 22 years is embarrassing so change is needed.
