Check your times. Looks like Auburn at A&M, and Carolina at LSU are playing double headers today.

Yeah the expectation is Auburn and A&M will play at 2 eastern then game two either 45 minutes after game one or at 6pm.

I cannot explain how dumbfounded I was to see Hunter Elliott on the mound for Ole Miss last night. The same guy who beat us in Omaha in 2022.

Haven’t been that bewildered about somebody still being with a team since Trindon Holliday returned a kickoff for a TD against us every year for about 7 years in a row in the 2000s

He missed almost 2 full seasons to injury. What's even more strange is that this is only his 3rd full season of play. (He did pitch a few games in 2023 before his season ending injury)

2022? He had a season ending injury the year he pitched in Omaha?

Florida pitcher Aiden King Is one of the better pitchers in college. And he had our number. We still hung around. And then you replaced him up 3-1.

And then we scored 3 in B8 on your relievers. And won 4-3.

Why did your coach take him out?

The box score says he was at 114 pitches. Yanking him at 114 after seven innings isn’t unreasonable. It’s unfortunate but bullpen failures occur.

I still can't believe Vandy's Corbin pulled Fennell after only 70 pitches against Alabama on Thursday. That decision failed miserably.

You are not wrong. But this was a big game with both teams tied in conf record. You are in road and have a chance to get that win to start series. I woulda given him at least the start in 8th and monitored.

He struck out all 3 OU batters in B7 so it wasn’t like he was struggling late in his stint

But they know his limitations more than me. All I know is he had our number.
