This has already been posted before. I'm pretty sure the rankings are heavily skewed towards programs who are on the news all the time hence Michigan being ranked as high as #2 and Tennessee being ranked at #7. There's no way either of those programs are more relevant than the likes of OU and Ohio State and Penn State.
