He has been giving some outstanding organizational detail, however. Like when he said “if you miss on your first guy you can’t run around and panic and hire a guy. You have to have option one and one AAA.” Also I get the sense that he’s been working really hard from the fact that he is very tired.

Eh, Morris was the exact opposite in the PC. Talked about drinking Red Bulls and all about energy. A Press conference really can't tell you much about how good a person is at coaching. He might suck but it isn't because he can't conduct a good PC.

Exactly. The guy is one of the best recruiters in the country. He has tons of energy.

So you paid Beilema $12 million to leave and you are paying Morris $10 million to leave and now paying Pittman at least $15 million...did anybody think you could have had a better record the last 5 years just keeping Bert and giving him $20 million for the best assistant coaches? You’d have actually saved money.

I did. USA Today said 5 years starting at $3 million first year. You don’t pay less over time so 5x3 is 15. I know math is probably hard for you.
