1. These reports make me laugh my arse off because they are mos likely complete BS. Just trying to keep Mack's seat warm.
2. I would laugh my arse off if Saban actually went to Texas at this juncture. Didn't they already contact him previously after 2009? That would be hilarious. He already makes good money and gets to do things his way at Bama.
3. I would laugh my arse off if Saban actually did all that Longhorn Network BS for however many hours a week that requires. I'm sure practice access would be limited so much that it would be worthless.
You won't be laughing when you guys go back to being a little brother in the State of Texas again

Why the frick is this thread nearly 30 pages.
Combination of wishful thinking from LSU fans, those wanting to see a Bama meltdown that likely would be mild compared to their expectation, and people like us posting in here for fun.
It ain't happening, but it's fun for rival fans to dream about the possibility.

Dear lord, please let this be true.
That would be the dumbest move ever made by both Saban and the fricking longhorns. He does NOT fit that program well, so I predict disaster.
A move like this get's Bama a little more out of the way, and fricks the fricking longhorns over for a lot of money and continuing shitty program.

You just haven't developed enough Bama Hate. You are supposed to jump on this and fan the flames.
Just wait til Saban makes your arse quit. You will want this shite to be real!

Sooner. If what I've heard come out, and I think it will. No way to keep a lid on it.

If we go after Miles like Arky did, will he come?

When asked why he left aTm for Alabama, Bear Bryant said "Mama called." Bear was Bama through and through.
Nick was running from the NFL and running towards 4 million bucks. I didn't want him because he was a hand-me-down from LSU.
Of course now I love the guy, with a deep physical love. And I appreciate all that he has done for us and will miss him when he is gone. But, and this is just me, he still isn't Bama through and through.
And if he leaves, I hope it's suddenly so that other schools don't have time to recruit about his leaving.
But of course I hope that he coaches here for another 10 years or so and then becomes AD. Just somehow don't see that happening. Nick probably doesn't give a shite about girls volleyball or hockey.

If he goes to the shite kickers then by God let him go. He has done plenty for Alabama. He is the GOAT and I was alive when the Bear was walking the sidelines. Winning 3 out of 4 now a days is almost impossible.

Saban claims he was going to stay at LSU, then Huizinga flew back to BR, I think Dec 23rd ...and Saban claims
"I was basically recruited really hard, he changed my mind" something to that effect, don't quote me

I think Alabama fans are tired of this year after year after year. Our team kicks every other team's arse and in a way, football has become boring. Outside of the LSU game and the games against our rivals the regular season is boring. The (SEC) Championship games are fun. The BCSCG's have been like A-day.. The only nerve wrecking part is if Saban will stay or go. It's the only way to get at Alabama fans. Scare them about their world class coach leaving. Talk shite about Tuscaloosa and about how every team that comes after Saban is located in the best place on earth. Blah blah ect., ect....
