Is it possible seeing as how the Sabans recently sold a home in GA (Lake Burton and it was an investment by the Sabans) that they are looking to do another investment in that area?

And no I didn't read all the posts, so sorry if this has been already addressed.

Have we figured out what mortgage rate terry is getting this house at yet?
Texas banks will give her 1.5%, just get something near "15" to piss off the Bama folks.

The deal clincher will be the kick-arse hat he gets for opening the checking account.

I know how to spell corndog. And, I know that Bama fans sound like LSU fans back in 2004. And, the most important thing I know is that you can't believe anything that Nick Saban says.

If the house did sell at auction, then I would assume they lost quite a bit of money. They lowered the reserve quite a bit, as I recall.

NS has won a natty with the last two rookie QB's who started for the first time. Greg and AJ. So your point is what..most of the offensive talent comes back. And the D is stacked

KS will more then likely be our new HC and he is a clone of da man

Riiiiight, because Kirby Smart is responsible for your amazing recruiting. I would be stunned if Bama stayed on course with Kirby at HC, or just about anyone besides Saban for that matter.

So. Saban though Houston Nutt should be the next coach at LSU after he left. Just saying you are going over the edge saying somebody that hasn't done anything on his own is Saban's clone. Was also said about Muschamp.

When Saban bolts for Texas; will Dabo bring Chad Morris with him to bammer?

Discuss.

he has been saying for 3-4 years that he is not going anywhere until he retires. at age 62 I chose to believe but wish him the best whatever he does.

when he left you guys he had the NFL itch cuz he coached their as an assistant coach.

Because Saban wants to hob knob with hipsters at the local taco trucks. I have fun in Austin but I'm single and 24. Tuscaloosa is a better place for Saban than Austin. Everyone knows that.

Thank you Telefawx....This has been said a million times about how much more nicer Austin is than T-Town.....WHO GIVES A frick?

They will base that on what he actually is earning through the state and not the inflated number you are considering. It will be considerably less.
That amount was $6,036,600.88, from 10/1/2012 to 10/1/2013.

terry was asked and she said that if NS was making the decision then he had no problem with naming KS as the new HC..pretty good endorsement to me

I didn't start this pathetic thread. I just find it funny that Bama fans:
- think Nick would never leave
- think Bama can pay as much as Texas
- Tuscaloosa is as nice as Austin
- are obviously worried about Saban to Texas after last year's talk
