Saban's fault

Does anyone believe that Saban's stupid decisions cost his team the game? What about going for it on 4th down? What about kicking a very long field goal with a lot of fat guys in the game?

This hasn't been discussed at all.

He coached a terrible game.
I thought it was clear Bama was the better team but some very questionable coaching moves let Auburn hang around and they obviously took advantage.

If we didn't have like a billion penalties, we wouldn't have been in the situation where we had to attempt a last-second FG. Seriously. The penalties lost the game, not a particular decision

Why are bama D players so fat? I don't get it.

Is there a better chance of a blocked kick or a 100 yard return?
Do big fat guys block better than smaller fast guys?
The mystery of the day is how you aren't a head coach somehwere

He got out coached. His players got out played.
This is how you lose games.
The team whose players play better and the coaches, coach better win

It is easy to say he was wrong in retrospect. Does he probably wish that he could do things different? Yeah, probably, but he is an imperfect human being that makes mistakes.

Pretty even game all things considered. It's not like bama had a lead in the final minute or anything.

Pretty even all game. I agree. We both made plays… Bama had a fluke 99 yard bomb into busted coverage. Chris Davis had a 109 yard kick return against a slow kick team
Auburn had less penalties. Ran the ball better and defense stepped up when it needed too.
Auburn played the full 60 mins. Bama quit at 59
Great game…

Stupid penalties at critical times cost us the game.

Truf! Bama almost got exposed in the LSU/ATM games earlier. This team's been walking on thin ice. Over rated? I'd say probably. I'll take the current 11-1 though.

Lord make it stop. Bama losses bring out the worst LSU fans

Really? Alabama drove in FG range with one second left on the clock. Congratulations on the great win, but no one quit and no one was dominated. It was a hard fought game for 60 minutes that ended in the most unlikely way imaginable. You've been there before. It's ironic to me that alabama's humility and win with dignity is constantly bashed and many of you act like the game was never in doubt and the final play was a given
