First off, as much as he's a traitor to LSU nation for going to Alabama, poaching Louisiana recruits from connects he built while here, and restoring a dormant dynasty from the 60s-70s to having a monopoly on the sport during the 2010s, Nick's words on things carry weight, whether you like him or not.
A lot of people dunk on him for doing this because of all the money he made while at Alabama and how much he owes his career and GOAT status to the old system and that's fine, my thing is people like him need to actually explain how this is unsustainable and respond to an honest rebuttal.

LOL, a clueless wonder of the world we have here.
The LIBERAL COURTS got their constituents (minority players, in their minds) and their PARTNERED LAWYERS (meaning the judges are getting paid on the side) a cash flow. So, how do these liberal lawyers always win? They file these cases in LA/New York, and has has been proven, certain judges are designated to work on certain Saturdays, so the file them on Saturday, on the day their PAID OFF JUDGES are the only judge on duty, thus WINK WINK, they get assigned the case.
Saban is 100% correct, you can not run a college football program (CFP) with unlimited transfers, with bidding wars, with no ability to discipline players, because they will just transfer etc. etc.
If those foolish loons college presidents had listened to my silent advice, they could have called the Lawyers bluffs. he NCAA main office is in cahoots with these lib lawyers, they LOVE THIS, just like they threw their weight around in North Car. to get the Bathroom Bill Law (only boys in boys bathrooms etc. etc.) overturned or they would get no College Basketball Regionals.
My advice was to call their bluff. Rescind ALL SCHOLARSHIPS going forward, all players now have to pay their on way and walk . No stipend, no NOTHING !!
In 5 minutes those lawyers would have pulled their lawsuits.

So the 2020 NCAA vs Alston 9-0 SCOTUS decision (which directly led to NIL and revenue sharing) are because of liberal courts and paid off judges?
Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch.... all liberal shills that were bribed?

While the presidents follow your "silent advice"... Why don't all you people who hate the liberal courts and the minority (liberal) players... quit supporting their teams. Quit going to games. Stop giving the programs any money.
That would make a bigger difference than anything. Quit complaining and pull your money and support. Make a stand and force the change you want.
In the meantime... I think I'm going to get some earplugs... So I don't have to hear people like yourself gripe about this during this all week and then listen to you cheer these guys at the top of your lung on game day.
