Bama did start the trend of neutral site games when they played Clemson in 2008, gotta give them credit. I feel like they schedule these teams when they are good and then the teams fall flat on their face.

You act like schools are lining up to play Bama, but Bama declines.

That's true. Georgia State tried to get out of their game the first year they ever played football at any level. bama was afraid they would have to play a D II school, so bama wouldn't let them out of the game. It all makes sense now.

Alabama tries to schedule a name brand OOC game every season preferably at the beginning of the season

this year we got kind of screwed because the Mountaineers suck hard but next year Wisconsin should be interesting

a lot of teams prefer home and home but the current administration really prefers the neutral site games

Seeing how they are scheduled and it show UT will schedule tough opponents which was the point of the comment, yes I am. Stop while you are behind.

A lot of times games planned for the future don't work out. USC and AM were supposed to have a home and home for example. But USC pussed out and left the aggies scrambling. We are comparing the ability to schedule quality OOC opponents. Until you have played the game it doesn't mean shite who you've put on a future schedule. But I'll quit while I'm ahead.

Uh- Florida plays FSU every single year, not just when they're down. USCe plays Clemson every single year.

And we play Miami every now and then, how often does Bama play 2 BCS OOC teams?

Saban could be a big boy and schedule 10 BCS conference games on his own
