Saban would love this bc he's got the deepest, most talented team... Of course he'd be in favor of all p5 matchups. More opportunity for the cream to rise to the top.

It would be the same as now, everyone would be playing other P5s instead of everyone playing somebody from CUSA or the SoCon.

However I like college over the NFL because of its unique nature in the sense that every game matters. I think going the way of the NFL debases the game in a sense.

But every game would still matter. Good teams win 99% of the throwaway games wed be getting rid of.

Alabama plays Texas Tech and Maryland instead of Kent St and Chattanooga.

Auburn plays Oregon St and Minnesota instead of ULM and AAMU.

Nope :( Graduated in 2012. But enjoy trying to bang Myk's daughter, or at the very least trolling sororities trying to find her.

Of course he wants to play more games against teams he's bought all the talent up from. Plus playing the East is got to make his schedule harder. Try only playing P5 schools with more out of occ games. Then voters can compare teams to teams in other conferences instead just saying they are good because they are in the sec or not because they are in the big ten. The SEC has dropped from what it was 5-10 years ago.

Come on Myk, give Buga a chance. I'm sure he's a real stand-up suitor.

Of course only Auburn fans in this thread hate this idea. What's wrong with 9 conference games and 3 P-5 opponents? Win or lose, it would make the season much more interesting. Who is even watching their game this week on TV? I know I've got better things to do than watch Alabama beat up on Chattanooga or Auburn beat up on Alabama St.

I'm not opposed to playing all P5 schools. I think it's dumb to play more conference games because all it does it keep people from being able to compare the conferences if they don't play each other more. 8 and 4 occ is better than now.

I spoke with a person who works in the LSUAD and has assisted with football scheduling for several years. He said to me that it took 18 months just to get Syracuse to agree to a home-and-home with LSU. He says Power 5 schools, MOST Power 5 schools are not looking for home-and-home's with LSU. Its like pulling teeth to get them to agree to a home-and-home.

LSU does have a home-and-home with Texas and UCLA and Arizona State coming up if those schools don't cancel.

If every SEC school was looking only for Power 5 teams to play OOC it would be even more difficult to schedule.
