To be honest it's pretty amazing it's taken as long as it has. It's about as tough a situation as it gets to have one of the best college coaches ever come to your state, build these relationships, then go to the NFL and come back just a couple years later to a division rival and start recruiting your state with said connections.
And despite all that I look at the infrastructure of the program and feel like we still have a very bright future, just going to need to get through the next 5 years or so and get our next coaching hire right.
