LSU and A&M both had the same record and LSU played a tougher schedule and LSU beat A&M @ at A&M. There is nothing that says A&M was better than LSU except for the bowl game. Also LSU played one of it worst games against A&M and we handled them pretty easily. The final score made it look closer than it was. They score with 30 seconds left

"Better year" shite talk is weak. Louisville had a better year than us, Notre Dame had a better year than us. Now when your team lines up against another and whips their arse, I'd like to think the fanbase of the team who did the arse whipping has earned the right to talk shite.

If it makes you feel better, A&M had a better record and a more satisfying season than LSU.
Doesn't change the fact that they indeed finished 3rd behind LSU in the Western Division standings and also lost to LSU.
Similar scenario to LSU and Arky in 2010. Arkansas won the head to head but their bowl loss combined with a LSU bowl win gave LSU a better record. Doesn't change the fact we finished 3rd behind them though.

So where should LSU have been ranked at the end of the season? Ahead of Texas A&M? If you beat someone does that automatically make you the better team?
