When you start a sentence this way it will appear to your teams fans as an “explanation” and to opposing fans as an excuse. The truth is that there is no difference in an explanation and an excuse in such situations.
Congrats on your title. We're all well past giving a shite about your continued need for validation and searching for possible slights about why it happened.
You won. The title is yours. It was well deserved.

Let me interpret this for clepson fans about their team…Oh no, we suck again!

Relax, don't take it personal. I know Saban doesn't give a rat's @ss about anything I type on a message board. It's just my opinion. You don't like it because you're an Alabama fan who worships the coach that made Bama what it is right now.
It does mean your judgment may be a bit clouded, though. For example:
quote:
He can do whatever the fvck he wants
No, no he can't. Not and continue to win games.

You're an idiot.
"“We had three guys,” Saban told the crowd in his Jan. 27 speech to the clinic in Montgomery. “They all had a significant role in the national championship game and not one of them -- not one -- could take advantage of the opportunity they had."
Everyone on this board who's old enough to have hair on his balls remembers three young freshmen receivers who DID take advantage of their opportunities in a national championship game against Georgia. Devonta Smith, Henry Ruggs, and Jerry Jeudy.
We all know what that looks like. You obviously don't do football very well.

I don't worship anything other than God Almighty. I do recognize that the man knows more about preparing and executing football than anyone else in the world, and that the evidence is 150 miles long. I know that he's damn correct about this, and I trust that he knows exactly what he's doing saying it out loud.
And it can either light a fire under Agiye Halls arse or it can chase him away. That's the damn point. He knows it.

Not the SEC title though. And it’s been 42 years since UGA has won the SEC and a National Championship in the same season.

Instead, Saban puts it all on his players. Actually does seem pretty sh*tty, to be honest.
All of us who have hair on our balls are old enough to remember your fricktard of a coach blaming his players for poor execution when he made one of the stupidest play calls in SEC championship history.
"We’ve got a guy wide open, and he’s not going to be covered. But in the last second they saw it. And we had a way to check out of it, but we took too long to get it snapped, and I felt like it was a really good play. It was there. It got taken away at the last second, and we didn’t make the play.”

Again, I get it. It's the player's fault. Agiye Hall lost the game, not Saban. With your reasoning, however, it never is and never will be Saban's fault.
When, in point of fact, it is ultimately always the fault of the head coach. Always.
Except Saban? I don't believe that.

Meanwhile Georgia had 3 true freshmen score the last 3 TDs on Saban's defense in the title game. And we won with our backup QB, backup DBs, backup WRs and a couple of backup OL.
All of your QBs were healthy, you had your starting wrs, and one OL was out, so that is bunk.

Saban has plenty of faults. A system set up for a player to work hard, improve and become an elite player with NFL value for himself over a 3 year period is not one of those faults. And at WR I think it's pretty blatantly obvious that the system is easily there for the taking.
And certain guys, specifically 1, decided to bitch and moan about not starting in front of 2 NFL 1st rounders instead of busting his arse and getting better. In contrast to the, what, 5-6 first round picks from the position in the prior/current 3 drafts?
So yea, feel pretty confident that I'm not blaming the head coach on this one and his example for high school coaches that you have to always be doing your best to motivate those who seem to be straying from hard work is dead on accurate.

Well, a couple of things. First, I think everyone, including every Georgia fan, blamed Kirby for that. And second, at least Kirby said "we" and not "they."
But I get it. Saban gets no blame for any loss. This past season he is not to blame for the aTm loss and not the Georgia loss. Other coaches, they are at fault when they lose, but never Saban. Got it.

Saban gets blame for tons of losses, even full seasons. He/his staff were fully to blame for the A&M loss. They were to blame for the 2018 Clemson loss. They were to blame for the 2017 Auburn loss and the Kick 6.
He doesn't get blame for the Georgia loss last year. At all.

Apparently not. Bryce Young and Will Anderson actually took responsibility for the loss and Saban kind of echoed their sentiments. Regardless, it isn't Saban's fault.

Truth be told there is no fault. We played our guts out, we lost. It happens sometimes. This team got better all year and it wasn't enough.
The takeaways, though, are pretty clear. When your opportunity comes are you ready for it? And our young WRs weren't. So now they can take that into the off-season as something to feed off of, or not.

Saban has a point. We saw those 5 players play in the SEC Championship Game and beat Georgia 41-24.
That game was a fluke. It wouldn’t have happened without so many key uga players being hurt either.

Bama lost playing with 4 cards in a 5 card game...you know it. We know it. So just enjoy the Natty you backed in to.

First, there were Georgia fans on this board defending it. Second, no coach ever is including himself when he says "we didn't make the play", because no coach ever is involved in making any play.
Nice try, though.

We started and exclusively used our backup QB, George Pickens played less snaps than Jameson + other key guys were hurt, and 2 starting OL were out after halftime.
