You haven't read the posts! Buyout was negotiated with Temple to a very affordable sum. Temple didn't want to make it difficult for Rod to accept his dream job.

Buyouts aren't negotiated after one year. We wouldn't take a penny less than the $10M. Your trolling is awful.
