The other part here is that this is now crossing the line from issues pertaining to the AD of any SEC school and into the purview of the academic administration of the various universities. These cases now have the potential to impact the autonomy and ability of academic institutions to decide whom they can or cannot admit, and how those rules are administered and governed.

If this was purely an athletic thing, I would just ignore it. Given that it potentially has things that could impact individual university administrative activities and how those in the ivory tower so viciously protect their power and autonomy, I can at least entertain the idea that they could take punitive action on LSU.

You have to pardon ColoradoAg, he doesn't even watch the games and is confident that Ole Miss actually fired Lane.

Yall do realize that multiple other schools are trying to do same thing ? LSU is the SEC brand, so they are getting all the heat

Mizzou, Faggies, Ole miss, Kentucky are all trying to do same thing

Well, as a University LSU would be extremely easy to replace. It isn't like the school is well thought of in the academic world. From an athletics standpoint, when is enough? When do you just get tired of all the drama and sign the papers.

Kind of like a divorce

It's a much bigger deal than the mouth breathers who wake up and go to bed with the first and last thought on their minds being "LSU Football" think it is.

You were one of the retards telling everyone Kiffin would be in prison before ever coaching a game at LSU.

3 more days to get that indictment.

I never said he would be in prison. You must be thinking of someone else.

Don't forget that it isn't just Georgia with strong words. They may not be saying it publicly yet, but Lane has burned bridges with just about every relationship he has ever formed in the SEC.

No doubt. I don't think these Karens can handle much more.

What actionable violation has occurred?
LSU hasn’t broken any rules. No “ NFL” player has played a snap in a game.

Fact.

You guys post shite you want desperately to believe.

Does this apply to Texas as well? They have a former NFL player currently enrolled in school & taking part in practice. Mizzo & Kentucky are both actively involved in this same dynamic. 91 other players around the country as well.

I expect you will see strong statements from every member in the SEC except LSU over the next 24 hours

You sure are awfully pressed about all of this, considering you don't even watch SEC football.

Lane getting lsu kicked out of the sec would be the greatest poetic justice in college football history.
