The SEC football schedule is a mess because of Alabama. Hiding behind a Tennessee rivalry is the biggest bitch move since Florida State decided to stay in the ACC.

Actually it hasn't always been this week under Nick. A couple of times it was before the Tennessee game. The bye week being after Tennessee was done because nick felt it was needed for the home stretch. Forever it was before auburn but we didn't play 12 games either. I love where its at in that we get a break to get recharged for the playoff run. I do think we need to move it closer to the iron bowl tho. We generally have a nobody before the iron bowl so it really wouldn't matter when we played cupcake u. Auburn would play Georgia and after state we would legitimately have 2 weeks off.
To get to your real point of concern, was nick now looking at Lsu as an auto win? nick didnt put the open week there because of Lsu. That open week would have been there regardless. He will move it regardless. Nothing to do with where Lsu falls on the schedule but rather what benefits Bama most for the post season.

Its just more convenient for your narrative to blame Bama and ignore TDSOR. Neither auburn or georgia hired nick Saban, which is what your angst with Bama is really about.
