More coming out saying Mateer will play. I always said he will play
I hope he does play, but this seems more and more like '22. I wouldn't be surprised if Vern has Mateer warm up in pregame like Dillon Gabriel did and then play Hawkins.

Brent Venables says they are two one score games away from being undefeated . Think Texas is struggling on Oline and passing the ball. I suspect they will max protect and go deep a lot and maybe use quick passing which won’t work . If OU doesn’t blitz all day and get beat with easy tds will win easily. Don’t see Texas sustaining many long drives . We keep the ball we win.

Arch is better than he's given credit for and plays well this weekend.
Texas wins by a TD

IMO OU shuts down texASS completely.
Probably so. I’ve resolved to accept this year will suck. Hoping for a decent bowl close to home now. How my expectations have changed.

Don't forget to do the quadruple anti jinx just for good measure

Do LSU fans really want to play the “toothless” fan game?

All the Texas fans bragging about the Vegas line need to quiet down a bit …. It’s a suckers play and the line is moving currently OU will be favored by kickoff by atleast 4-5 points . Florida was a -6.5 underdog you lost by should have been more … you only lost by 14.5 points off the line in Vegas . It’s means nothing .

I think he meant that’s their rushing offense only, which is pretty good

How? If he truly had hand surgery there’s no way

Just what I was told.. I'd be shocked if he doesn't play.

Honestly how you are right. Don’t want any excuses if we win

I am really wondering where all this hubris from OU fans is coming from. OU needed the refs hand them the game against Auburn and beat a Michigan team lead by a true freshman QB. They can't run the ball. Dual threat QB's haven't had much luck against Texas on the ground over the past 2 years. Ou's offensive line isn't much better than Texas'.
Other than the number gifted to OU by a bunch of sports writers (who we've seen this season don't actually watch the games) they really are not a spectacular team.

Well since meteor has never won once in the entire series I honestly don’t care. No matter who wins the winning side will be insufferable to listen to afterwards.

Who is saying that? On the Texas premium board they were pissed they were favored because they want the team to have the fire of being an underdog like they should be. Nobody is expecting Texas to win
