GusBus is a 7 win coach. Sabin is a 10+ win coach.

The team was not ready to play in last years NC game and got mud holed.
He is still the only coach to have his team in each NC playoff.

Remember, he is a 10+ win coach.
Your coach is a 7 win coach.

Have a nice day.

Saban isn't that good when he can't play with a stacked deck.

He's an average in-game coach on his best day. His best skill is in having friends in high places.

Recruiting is an important part of coaching. The top 10 teams all have good recruiting coaching staff.
After the Bama- NFL pipe line was established early in his time at UA
many of the top players wanted to play in that environment. Note that a nfl scout is welcome 24-7. That is noticed by the players, and recruits.

The point is his coaching talent has little to do with a 5* getting drafted high or a team of 5*s winning against a team of 3*s. When he doesn't have that advantage or the opponent evens it out with good coaching (and some talent) his teams look like they are coached by an average coach.

Against Clemson his team gave up the 2nd most passing yards, 4 teams gave up less rushing yards to their RB, and gave up the 2nd highest total of yards to a WR on the season. His team was about middle of the road when compared to teams they played (despite all those 5*s compared to the other teams). That's his coaching and his excuse was that Clemson "copycatted" other teams' plays.

That type of coaching isn't getting any players higher than what their already given physical and mental abilities are going to get them. Which is why they are 5*s to start with.

As per 247 Sports:
" Alabama’s five-star recruits are picked in the first round at a rate of 48.3 percent, while five-star recruits that go to any other school are selected at a 17-percent clip. A five-star prospect who picks Alabama is more than doubly likely be selected in the first round than if he goes anywhere else."

Rabern, you're a fool...and a biased, simple one at that!
Anybody who even remotely entertains your bullshite should be regarded in that same dubious class.

I'm sorry only Bama fans buy the Saban BS. There is a reason your fanbase is at the top of everyone's "Stupidest fanbase" list.

Saban has the top classes by getting the top players. They are going to be drafted higher. That same time period you are using stats from also includes 5*s that go to schools that aren't loaded with other 5*s to make them look better.

Florida as average as they have been turned 30% of their 5*s (overall ranked lower than Bama's) into 1st rounders without Saban and with a coaching mess.

So THAT'S your fricking excuse?...because playing with other 5 stars makes them look better?
Jim Haslett told me that the Alabama kids were known to be more NFL ready than most of the other guys they looked at.....and I'll take his word for it over your dumb arse.

You have to be one of if not the best trolls on tRant. But if you aren’t trolling you then are the dumbest sob to ever post here. You can’t believe the arguments you make about anything Bama.
I hope you get the help you need before you hurt yourself or some one else.
